Research

I enjoy curious, evidence-led research spanning industry, business, and innovation - investigating questions at the intersection of technology, systems, and society. From examining how JPMorgan's COiN platform compressed 360,000 hours of legal work into seconds and transformed commercial lending and M&A due diligence, to exploring wave physics that ensure 2,286 people hear the same joke in the London Palladium, to evaluating whether globalization's economic gains justify its costs in inequality and environmental damage, I try to pair in-depth analysis with real-world application in order to turn complex systems into clear, actionable insight.
